Benefits of Myco Chum
Each ingredient in Myco Chum was chosen for a specific reason. This formula provides a generous amount of macro- and micronutrients to support continued healthier plant growth. Give your favorite plants the opportunity to grow to their full potential.
Ingredients of Myco Chum
Myco Chum consists of 4 main ingredients: Molasses, seaweed, hydrolyzed fish and humic acid.
Molasses
Molasses is a sugar, sulphur and nutrient-rich ingredient that can provide your plants with a wide range of minerals such as calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium. The healthy microorganisms in your garden absolutely love to eat sugars, and molasses can give them an extra healthy boost.
Kelp
Kelp is an additive that provides plenty of micronutrients to your plants, while giving them the ability to better absorb other nutrients in the soil. It can help expand the root system to ensure that your plants can access as many nearby nutrients as possible.
Hydrolysed fish
Hydrolysed fish is rich in healthy bacteria and mycorrhizae. This ingredient can help your plant roots absorb more nutrients and water in the surrounding soil to enhance healthier plant growth.
Humic acid
Nutrient deficiencies, drought and poor seed germination are major threats to the health of your plants. By adding humic acid to the soil, you can help prevent all of these. Humic acid supports improved nutrient uptake, healthier roots, and increases your plant’s tolerance to drought.
General instructions
How to Use Myco Chum
To use it, start by mixing 5 ml (1 teaspoon) in 3.5 litres of water for a light feed and water your plants. You can use up to 15 ml (1 tablespoon) per 3.5 litres but certainly no more than that.
Myco Chum can also be used to make compost tea at a ratio of up to 1 tablespoon per 3.5 litres.
Once you have added the appropriate amount of Myco Chum, simply water your plants with the solution, add it to your tank or feed it through the drip lines. It’s as simple as that.
