Root Builder is our inoculant for the root zone consisting of specially selected beneficial bacillus bacteria. It promotes a healthy and active root zone at all stages of growth. It is formulated with highly active beneficial organisms that provide a multitude of benefits to your plant’s root zone. It introduces two key forms of beneficial bacteria into your growing medium: Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis.
The Bacillus licheniformis will help break down the elements so your plant can use its energy for other important plant functions, such as producing big, beautiful flowers.
Bacillus subtilis is an extremely powerful beneficial bacterium that focuses on enhancing natural defenses. It will also produce molecules called iturines that will target harmful microorganisms in the rhizosphere and kill them.
Together, these organisms act as a microbial soil conditioner, which improves the conversion of organic and inorganic fertilizers into forms available to plants for more efficient nutrient uptake. This helps the plant to absorb the essential nutrients needed for vigorous foliar growth during the vegetative stage and vigorous fruiting during the flowering stage.
The addition of these beneficial bacteria will lead to an improvement in soil structure, maintain soil moisture and address pH-related problems in the growing medium. All of these benefits will ensure that your plants grow bigger roots for bigger fruit.
