This powder comes from a specific type of algae and fossils. It has a high enough amount of silicon, which allows it to retain moisture to increase the absorption of nutrients. Highly recommended for substrates with low calcium content.
It looks like normal dust but is deadly to walking insects that roam your soil, such as snails or caterpillars. Make a circle around the trunk of your plants using this product and you will keep this kind of insects away forever. You can also spray it and use it against flying insects, although it is not 100% effective when used this way. It destroys the exoskeleton of any insect it comes in contact with, which ends up killing it.
Dosage:
10-20 g per liter of water and spray or water once a week.
